MEDEV relies heavily on its people to provide excellent customer service. Aside from being provided with mobility and communication equipment, MEDEV sales and service personnel are continuously trained not only on the products they handle but in all aspects of their job.

Of course, MEDEV personnel are qualified to join the company in the first place because of the depth of their experience and knowledge, and the positive attitude they brought with them. If you add the culture of Integrity (“what is said is what is done”) and Excellence (“not satisfied until the customers are”), which MEDEV inculcates in everyone, in the mix, healthcare practioners and their patients will surely, eventually, benefit from it all.

Arnel B. Endrinal/President and CEO
brings with him more than 20 years of experience in Medical Equipment marketing, sales and service. Among his former employers are RG Meditron Inc., Pharmedic Corp. and Kital (now Spectrumed,). From 1996 to 1999, he was with GE Healthcare as a full-line sales executive, sales leader for CT and MRI products, and later had the chance to handle additional responsibilities in Sales Administration. Mr. Endrinal is an Electronics and Communications Engineer.

Elizabeth G. Endrinal/VP - Finance and Administration
brings with her more than 20 years experience in Import Trading. Her previous employers include RG Meditron Inc. and East Asiatic Corporation. For 10 years (until 2000), she was with Colgate-Palmolive Philippines as Purchasing Buyer. Mrs. Endrinal holds an A.B. Economics degree.

Billy De Vela/Service Manager
has more than 20 years experience as Biomedical Service Engineer specializing in ECG systems including Resting, Stress, and Holter ECG. He also has extensive experience in Patient Monitoring and have received training in Laser/Light Systems for dermatological and aesthetic applications. Engr. De Vela is currently the Service Department's manager which department is handling both technical support service and customer training responsibilities.

Noli Rose D. Cagampan/Sales Manager
was promoted from the ranks as Sales Manager at MEDEV. Mrs. Cagampan started her career as a medical technologist working for a very well-known hospital in the Philippines. She then switched careers and worked with various medical equipment and devices companies mostly in field sales positions, before she joined MEDEV as Sales Executive in 2006. In 2009, she was promoted as Sales Manager. Mrs. Cagampan has accumulated a total of 10 years of sales experience and is a Registered Medical Technologist.
